An unconventional cooking class that takes participants through a journey of discovery led by Chef Kevin Cherkas from Cuca restaurant in Bali. The real meaning of “delicious” will be gently unravelled as Chef Kevin builds your ability to taste and understand flavours and teaches you the secret of how to create the tastiest dishes without ever again needing recipes. This unique class goes far beyond any traditional cooking lesson: it unlocks the door to reveal a completely new creative approach to cooking.

Humpty Doo Barramundi
                For the first time as part of the Territory Taste Festival Producers Pavilion, Humpty Doo Barramundi are inviting a small number of visitors on a guided farm gate tour.
The bus will be met by a Humpty Doo Barramundi senior staff member, who will take a tour around the farm's facilities and provide commentary.
Guests will see the ponds, nursery and barramundi fingerlings to learn about farming Barra in the Northern Territory.
After the tour, relax on the 'Farm House' balcony and enjoy grilled barra and barra sashimi platters.
Tour includes;
• Air-conditioned bus • Guided farm tour
• Light lunch
