 New to the Territory Taste Festival, the Producers Pavilion showcases some of the amazing produce the Northern Territory has to offer.
Passionate producers are bringing their products to the Territory Taste Festival and producuers pavilion that features a small stage for presentations. We are excited to present a fluid and engaging program putting the spotlight onto Territory produce.
     Arnhem Bushtucker
Arnhem Bushtucker
Arnhem Bushtucker has been creating jams, chutneys and sauces from Northern Territory wildfoods for more than 20 years. All products are made by hand and use 100% pure fruit with no additives or fillers.
Crazy Acres
Crazy Acres are well known for their use of the iconic Kensington Pride mango grown on the property. These can be found throughout the menu, the freezer, the preserves and even in locally made mango smelling soy candles!
Eva Valley Meats
Located at the Old Cameron Downs farm in Eva Valley, 107km from Darwin City Centre near the town of Batchelor. The farm and on-site abattoir are owned by Pete Cogill & Fiona McBean, both of whom were born in the Northern Territory. Aided by a tight knit team, they are very passionate about supplying fresh local product to Darwin & the surrounding area.
Humpty Doo Barramundi
Humpty Doo Barramundi is a 100% Territory family owned and operated farm, growing premium saltwater Barramundi alongside the Adelaide River for 26 years. They proudly supply the Territory’s iconic Barramundi to quality restaurants and seafood retailers around
the country, where they have become known for the continued supply of great tasting Barramundi.
Leanne’s Famous Lemonade
Leanne’s old fashioned lemonade is made from NT grown lemons. Leanne hand squeezes over 2000-4000 lemons a week in the dry season using only the best lemons. Leanne also sells locally grown hot buttered corn
on the cob.
