The Territory Taste Festival is a melting pot of food fusion and stallholders. Coming together with local producers the menu has plenty of unique offerings starting from as low as $5 - $15 per serve.

For 40,000 years Aboriginal people have been harvesting bush tucker; today Aboriginal Bush Traders is serving it up with a modern twist!

Charlotte’s Web Darwin Chocolate Factory opened in Darwin in 2018 featuring a range of fresh, local-made chocolate barks featuring fresh local fruits, ginger, nuts, berries and other toppings.

DEFENCE FORCE
The Australia Defence Force will be onsite with a cooking display as well as an ARMY bushtucker / kitchen. They will have staff available to discuss career opportunities with anyone interested in a hospitality career within Defence.
